By using the platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable order forms/SOWs.
2. Access & use
- Use is limited to your organization and authorized users.
- You are responsible for account security and lawful use of video inputs.
- No reverse engineering, reselling, or misuse of the service.
3. Data
Processing of video, alerts, and contact data follows the Privacy Policy and any data processing agreements.
4. Availability & support
Service levels and support hours follow your order form or SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated when feasible.
5. Fees
Fees, billing cycles, and taxes are defined in your order form. Late payments may incur charges or suspension.
6. Confidentiality & IP
Each party protects confidential information. CoCompanionAI retains IP in the platform; customers retain rights to their data.
7. Warranties & disclaimers
Services are provided as described in applicable agreements; except as stated, they are provided "as is" without other warranties.
8. Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as defined in your contract.
9. Term & termination
Terms align with your subscription term. Either party may terminate for breach; post-termination, access ends and data handling follows contract terms.
